Returns Policy

We will collect any goods that are not as expected or faulty. We cannot accept used products for hygiene reasons.

To return Duvetduck products please email or phone 07500 864770 and we will arrange to collect your parcel a full refund on unused goods will be paid in 14 days, after the product has been inspected.

Please make sure the parcel is returned in it's original bag with the advice note, and if this is not possible please contact us for a new bag to be sent to you.
